Tioman Island
The Tioman collection introduces two centres in the Tioman Dive Buddy network: Tioman Dive Buddy and TDB SunBeach. We operate these centres, so the relationship is disclosed here as well as on the individual guides. These are introductions to places connected with our own operation, not an independent ranking of every dive centre on Tioman. Use them to understand the setting and prepare specific questions before arranging a course, guided dives or accommodation.

Choose Around Your Actual Visit
Start with your dates, experience and the type of visit you want. A first course, a return to diving and a trip focused on guided dives can require different conversations. Ask the centre about the current arrangements that apply to you rather than relying on an old review title or a general description of the island. Confirm course requirements, the equipment provided and how your plans fit the centre’s available programme before making a commitment.
Confirm Travel and Accommodation Details
Island transport, accommodation and diving arrangements need to work together. Check current timings and practical arrival instructions directly with the relevant providers for your travel dates. Do not infer a transfer, room or meal inclusion from a photograph or a previous package description. Give the centre enough information to help you plan, including arrival time and any equipment you intend to bring, then keep the confirmed details with your booking records.

The source articles have established addresses that we preserve, including older date references in their URL slugs. A retained address does not mean every operational detail remains current. The revised guides make ownership visible and direct you to verify time-sensitive arrangements. Compare centres using questions that matter to your needs: instructor communication, course structure, equipment fit and the practical setting. We do not invent a wider researched directory from the two existing articles. Treat unresolved questions as reasons to contact the centre directly before deciding whether the visit suits your plans.
